Do you like to exercise and want to help others?
Come join my Team Exercise class to raise funds for WWLM, Inc. This fitness class is a circuit workout for all levels (beginner, intermediate & advanced). We’ll have fun doing exercises for strength, core & cardiovascular.
Bring a water bottle, mat or beach towel and light hand weights (optional). A positive “I CAN DO IT” attitude is a must!!
DATES: Thursday May 4th & Thursday May 11th
TIME: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
PLACE: 16 Brainard Pl (Grass field by parking lot on Bissell St – Behind the WWLM building)
COST: Minimum donation of $15.00 per person for each class – WALK IN FEE $18.00 per person per class -- Cash Only (if you don’t register online)
